IBM Consulting engagements in our reference book land at a median blended rate of $187 per consultant hour, with the middle half of engagements between $155 and $221. Scale matters: engagements under $250,000 in value run a median of $231 per hour, while programs above $5 million land at $146.
Beyond deal size, the onshore/GDC mix is the biggest lever.
