Every agreement in one dense ledger, and the contract record behind each row.

What this demo covers

The video reads the ledger row by row, each status pill tracking a proposal from uploaded through in review and benchmarked to delivered, with an expected delivery date so you never chase status. It then opens a record and walks the tabs: Files stored privately and opened with short lived signed links, AI insights for redline reviews and what if scenarios while the analysts work, and the team discussion that stays with the paper. Learn this one record shape and you have learned every record in the platform.

The ledger

This is the contracts ledger, one row per agreement, one path from upload to delivered report.

Push a proposal to a human analyst

When a quote deserves more than an instant read, you push it to a human analyst. The team benchmarks the deal against the market and delivers a written report, and every stage change reaches your inbox on its own.

Reading the ledger

Take a slow look at the rows. Each status pill tells you where a proposal sits: uploaded, in review, benchmarked, then delivered when the report is ready. The pill and the expected date answer the question before you ask it.

The contract record

Open a row and the record appears: the status path, the key facts, and the tabs beneath.

Files

The Files tab holds the paper itself. Every document you attached, stored privately for your organization and our analysts only, opened with a short lived signed link. Nothing here is ever public.

AI insights

AI insights sit beside the record. While the analysts work, you run your own passes: a redline that flags risky clauses with quotes from the document, what if scenarios, a walk away alternative. Each result is saved on the record.

Team discussion

Deals are a team sport, so the discussion lives on the record too. Comment on the proposal, or on a specific metric or clause, and the thread stays with the paper.

The negotiation toolkit

The toolkit turns the record into moves. A read to take before the meeting, the asks worth making, and a renewal outlook that says when the leverage is real, all drawn from the same paper.

Access, and one shape

Access is deliberate, open to your organization or restricted to named people. This one page shape repeats everywhere, so learning this record teaches you them all.
